Just placed my second order (to the USA) and it was just as fantastic as the first one. Both came with over 5 pins, and I’m definitely gonna order again. The pins are sturdy, top-notch quality, roll like a dream, and the range of designs makes them awesome gifts. The tiny recipe book has some delightful cookie recipes (around 10). Totally worth the price. My orders showed up in about one to three weeks. It’s a lovely way to bake with the kiddos! They get super pumped.

I just got my hands on two Pastrymade rolling pins for Christmas, and they’re fantastic. Like many carved pins, they’re a tad smaller than regular ones, which makes it super easy to maneuver on cookie dough. I adore them and they make the cutest biscuits. I’ll surely grab some more designs. The shipping and tracking were spot on with FedEx. There were some delays, but hey, it was December, so that’s totally understandable. It’s a solid product and I love supporting a small family business.

I placed an order for the rolling pins back in November to show my support for the folks in Ukraine. I intended them as a unique Christmas present for my daughters and daughters-in-law, who are all young moms with little bakers. I was a bit let down to find just one recipe sheet and three brushes for four rolling pins! Guess I'll have to figure it out myself! Overall, even though the pins showed up on January 10, 2023, I'm pleased with their quality and really hope the results turn out as beautiful as the pins themselves!

I placed an order for the Joyeux Noel pin on December 8th, and I was really counting on it arriving in time for my Christmas Eve cookie prep, based on what the website said about delivery times. Sadly, that didn’t happen, and I got pretty annoyed since I wasn’t getting any replies to my emails. Then, Karolina stepped in and took charge of the situation. She clarified that there’s a processing period for crafting orders, especially since they had a ton of orders in December and couldn’t respond to all the emails. She was super nice and did everything she could to make up for the delay and put a smile on my face! Eventually, the pins arrived, and they’re beautifully made. I still need to practice a bit, but I’m already smitten with them. I really admire the effort that goes into Karolina's family business, and I’d just suggest that potential buyers keep in mind that delivery might take a little while.

I placed my order online on December 18 and honestly didn’t think it would show up in time for Christmas 2022. The payment went through fast. The video update about the delay wasn’t really useful, so I shot them an email suggesting they post it on Facebook, but I didn’t hear back until I followed up there. The FedEx tracking info was handy for keeping tabs on my shipment. My order came in two parts, with the last one arriving on January 9, 2023.

This product is really well constructed, showcasing excellent craftsmanship. I'm a big fan of the different styles and options available. The pricing is quite reasonable too. It's super user-friendly.

UPDATE: I got a message back from the owner of Pastry Made. She tackled my issues head-on and sincerely apologized for the hold-up. She mentioned that my pins are all set to ship, but also offered to cancel my order if I didn’t want to wait. I’m still super pumped to get these, so I decided to stick with the order. I’ve confirmed that shipping is underway since she gave me the tracking number. I’m really pleased with how Karolina handled everything; she truly went above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. I really appreciate her response.
